It's been a bit warmer yesterday, too warm to sit around in long pants! Forecast on tv said yesterday there's a nice "cold front" coming in bringing daytime temps into the low 80's over the weekend!

I'm a little late today with the "weather report", usually I post it earlier in the moring. It was "almost" too hot to be out there digging around in the dirt but the morings are absolutely gorgeous! Can't wait for the temps to go down some more!!!

Humidity is really down and I can tell from my skin and hair as well. Hair doesn't get frizzy, skin is screaming for moisturizer!
There is no crispness in the air (yet) but when I got up this morning I found a lovely pot of chilie simmering on the stove. It's hubby's secret recipe and it's best when the weather is cold. Football weekends (not that I watch), soup and sandwich - weather, wearing long jeans - not shorts, digging out sweaters.
I love autumn!

Having the box fan in the window, it was almost too cold to sit at my desk. I love this weather! We haven't been sweating for a week despite no A/C running. Can't wait to see the next electric bill!

It's been very nice to sit on the porch or walk the dogs in the evenings. Evenings are "cooler", pulling weeds isn't that much of a chore anymore.

Weather September 29
It rained pretty much all afternoon yesterday and then into the night. Wonderful breeze coming through the open windows! Looks like there will be more rain today and we're not even reaching the 90's anymore.
