1. 1/2 acre of backyard, fenced, tilled
2. Brick raised beds, 3 x 8, 6 of them
3. Small wooden potting shed with small porch
4. Lots of leaves to use as mulch
5. Couple of chickens
6. Pretty terra cotta pots, aged
7. Milder summers
8. Colder winters
9. Time to tend all this every day
